Who is Coach Alex best suited for?

Professionals who already use English at work—sales reps, engineers, managers—who need clearer speech, faster email writing and more confidence in real-time meetings. If you’re a complete beginner, I’ll happily refer you to a general-English colleague.

I’m a non-native speaker; will that slow my progress?

No. I’m a non-native myself, so the entire roadmap is built around the shortcuts and mindset shifts that helped me reach near-native fluency. Expect targeted pronunciation drills, not long grammar lectures.

How are the lessons delivered?

Live, 1-on-1 sessions on ClassIn. Each lesson is 45 minutes and includes screen-shared slides, role-plays, and instant feedback. Recordings and are available right after class.

What days and times are available?

Weekday evenings (UTC +7) and Saturday mornings. I keep a rolling calendar—book the slots that fit your week, no fixed day is required.

How much does coaching cost?

Is there a refund or reschedule policy?

Yes. Unused lessons are fully refundable within 14 days of purchase. You can reschedule a session up to 12 hours before the start time at no charge.

Do I need special software or books?

Just Zoom, and and a stable internet connection. I supply all custom slide decks, AI-email templates and pronunciation audio—no textbooks to buy.

How is progress measured?

Every four weeks we run a short speaking audit (fluency, accuracy, pronunciation) and an email-writing task. Results are graphed so you see objective improvement, not just “feeling better.”

Can my company pay for multiple employees?
