Payments are processed by PayPal or local bank transfer. We never store full card details on our servers.

Form submissions: 24 months
Booking & payment records: 7 years (tax compliance)
Analytics data: 26 months (Google default)
7. Your rights
You may request to view, correct, export, or delete your personal data. E-mail privacy@businessenglishacademy.net; we’ll respond within 30 days.
8. Children
Our content is aimed at adults 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
9. Security
Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Admin dashboards are protected by two-factor authentication.

Updates will appear on this page and the “Last updated” date will change. Substantial changes will be announced via e-mail.
